The Path of Ceremony & Ritual
Here, we return to the oldest knowing —
that the body is an altar,
that the earth is alive,
that community is a medicine we have always carried.
These gatherings are invitations to remember who you are beneath the noise.
Through cacao, movement, ancestral practices, and sacred witnessing,
we weave spaces where you can lay down what is heavy
and step into what is calling you home.
This is where ceremony becomes a compass.
Where ritual shapes the seasons of your life.
Where you are seen — not for the mask you wear,
but for the truth you carry in your bones.
Heart-opening gatherings rooted in Mayan tradition, guided by the medicine of cacao to connect you to yourself, your community, and the earth.
Each ceremony is held with deep reverence — the cacao sourced and prepared with prayer, song, and intention. Together, we open the heart space to receive clarity, connection, and remembrance.
Who it’s for: Individuals, small groups, or communities seeking heart medicine in a ceremonial container.
Duration: 2–3 hours
Cacao Ceremony
The Sana Retreat
A 2-day private retreat blending cacao ceremony, ancestral connection, deep rest, and photography as ceremony.
We begin with a heart-opening cacao journey, calling in your ancestors and setting intentions for what will be witnessed. The next day, your photo ceremony unfolds in natural light — no performance, no pretense, just the truth of your presence. You leave with fine art images, a deepened connection to yourself, and a way to carry this remembering into your everyday life.
Seasonal Gatherings
Ceremonies and communal rituals aligned with the cycles of the earth — honouring solstices, equinoxes, and seasonal thresholds through movement, song, and shared offerings.
These gatherings are an opportunity to connect with the rhythm of nature, with yourself, and with community in a space of reciprocity and remembrance.
